Bespoken cakes are non-refundable.  Hayward Hens Homestead Bakery accepts NO responsibility for any damage sustained to the cake once it has left our hands at our farm’s bakery. Please note we strongly advise that any large cake and two tiers or more should be delivered by ourselves and not collected. Delivery ensures the chef arrives with their emergency kit and if needed, will provide cutting chart for servings.

**It is against the law in the State of Georgia to commit theft by services (GA Code SS 16-8-5: A person commits the offense of theft of services when by deception and with the intent to avoid payment he knowingly obtains services, accommodations, entertainment, or the use of personal property which is available only for compensation.), therefore, ANY credit card chargebacks after your order has been picked up will be disputed and a police report and CRIMINAL warrant for your arrest WILL be filed with the Magistrate Court. I have the right to reclaim my payment and any fees incurred in the dispute and criminal filing.**
